Don’t worry! Here at Greentree we take the time to help every customer that is having issues with their aquariums, whether it be fresh or salt. All you have to do is supply us with a sample of your water from your tank and we will test what is necessary depending on your aquarium, For freshwater we test PH, Nitrite, Nitrate and Ammonia.

In saltwater we test (depending on if your tank is reef or just fish) High Range PH, Nitrite, Nitrate, Ammonia, Calcium, Salinity, and Alkalinity (if necessary).

There is NO GUARANTEE on Saltwater fish and corals.
Freshwater has a 24 hour guarantee in which you must bring the deceased fish, receipt and a water sample (seperate from the fish) in order to be issued a credit for the fish. (If within the 24 hours you have a deceased fish and are unable to come to the store within the timeframe, please contact the store).
